Accommodation
For accommodation, we can assist attendees in booking a room at a group rate at Novotel Suites Hanoi (4.5 stars) for security reasons. This is also where the welcome dinner will be held on July 8, 2025.
The group rate will depend on the number of rooms booked and will include all taxes, fees, and breakfast. If your submission is accepted and you would like us to book a room for you, please indicate this on the registration form.
