Submission Guideline

Submissions can be full papers, extended abstracts with at least 1,000 words, and PPTs. There are two ways for you to submit your contribution. Please use one of the followings:

 

1.  Online Submission (need to register a google account first): https://forms.gle/zE7cctFcfp4nDnLh7 

 2. Email Submission: Please send your submissions to the ACFEA secretary at asiancfea@gmail.com. The subject of your email should be: Submission to the 15th Biennial Conference of ACFEA by author’s name (last name, first name).

All submissions are supposed to be written and presented in the English language. However, submissions written and presented in Chinese or Vietnamese are also acceptable for scholars from China and Vietnam for review.

 

All accepted submissions will be unofficially publication in the electronic conference proceedings, which will be available only on-line at the conference webpage at http://www.asiancfea.org. However, paper and extended abstract submissions have to follow the format guidelines as below. If a submission is accepted, at least one author must pay conference registration fees no later than April 25, 2025, and promise to attend the meeting and present paper.

 

1. Format for Full Paper and Extended Abstract:

l  Paper and extended abstract submissions should begin with a cover page indicating article title, author(s) affiliation(s), mailing address(es), phone number(s), and email address(es). Please make sure to provide the above information for each of the authors. In addition, the abstract of paper has no more than 150 words.

l  Maintain 1-inch (=2.54cm) top, bottom, and side margins.

l  Submissions should follow APA Guidelines, 5th edition format with special attention to headings and references. The maximum length is 15 single-spaced pages, including tables, charts, and references integrated into the paper. Running headers should not be used.

l  Create a file readable in the U.S. version of Microsoft Word. All graphics and tables should be included in the file.

 

2. There Is No Certain Format for PPT Submission.

 

3. Criteria for Evaluation: 

Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated on the basis of importance/relevance of the subject matter and the contribution to the knowledge base, appropriateness of the method, timeliness and usefulness of the (expected) findings, (expected) conclusions, and/or position, and adequacy of interpretation and implications. The Program Chairs shall determine the suitable session for each submission according to the topic.
