Registration and Fees
We have made every effort to keep the registration fee as low as possible to minimize your financial burden. Considering inflation, the registration fees are set as follows.

Early Registration (Before March 15, 2025): US$360

Regular Registration (March 16 – April 15, 2025): US$420

Late Registration (From April 16, 2025): US$500

Vietnam-based scholars (full-time positions): US$100

Scholars from the local host institution (VNU Hanoi): One presentation fee waived.
Each presenter may give up to two presentations. An additional fee of US$100 applies for each extra presentation.
Example: Before March 15, 2025: two presentations = US$460, Vietnam-based scholars (full-time positions) for two presentations: US$200, scholars from VNU Hanoi for two presentations: US$100.
