Registration

 
There are two ways for your registration. Please use one of the following:

2. Email RegistrationPlease complete and email your registration form and Credit Card Payment Form or Receipt of Remittance to the ACFEA secretary at asiancfea@gmail.com.

Registration Fees

 Early Rate (January 1~April 30, 2023): US$ 300.
For participants with more than one presentation, the fee will be US$ 100 for each additional presentation (e.g., $400 for two presentations, $500 for three presentations).

 Regular Rate (May 1~May 31, 2023): US$ 320.
For participants with more than one presentation, the fee will be US$ 100 for each additional presentation.

 Late Registration Fee (since June 1, 2023): US$ 350.
For participants with more than one presentation, the fee will be US$ 100 for each additional presentation.

 For Virtual Conference: US$200. (Cancelled)
For participants with more than one presentation, the fee will be US$ 50 for each additional presentation.

Each presenter can have at most 3 presentations in this conference.
 
● Additional Payment: When you apply any financial supports, please include this additional payment.
 
1. Welcome Dinner 7/9: US$50. (Optional)
 
2. Transaction Cost: 
    A. Pay by Credit Card: 10% of Total Payment (=registration fee + Dinner) for business tax and income tax.
    B. Pay by international Remittance: About US$ 60.
 
● Regarding the Invoice: The amount on the official invoice is the total amount you actually pay, including registration fee and additional payment.
 
***If the amount we actually receive from bank is greater (less) than that you have to pay, we will return you (you have to pay us) the difference in US dollars in conference. Thanks for your understanding!
