1. Registration Form


Please download the registration form and pay your registration fee then send them to us for completing your registration. 

Please send your registration form with all necesary information and proofs of your registration payment to Ms. Patty Miao at asiancfea@gmail.com or fax to +886-2-22341726. 


There are two ways to pay your registration fee.   


A. Credit Card Payment (must be in New Taiwan Dollar, NT$, US$1≈NT$31): 


Please add an additional 5% of registration fee for transaction cost of using credit card. This is only for using credit card payment. The credit card payment form is included in the registration form. Please send it and related materials to us with complete information.


B. Remittance Payment (must be in US$):


If you want to wire the payment, you have to be responsible for entire wiring cost of banks on both sides. Please wire the registration fee to:

The Alvin International Education Co. Led is authorized to collect all payment via Credit Card and remittance and to issue invoices to payers by ACFEA. The sample of invoice is available upon request. 


2. Registration Fee

Regular Rate (before May 1, 2019):  
Participant with One Presentation: US$ 300 (NT$ 9,300)
Participant with Two Presentations: US$ 500 (NT$ 15,500)
Participant without Presentation: US$ 150 (NT$ 4,650)

Late Rate (May 2-July 8, 2019): 
Participant with One Presentation: US$ 350 (NT$ 10,850)
Participant with Two Presentations: US$ 600 (NT$ 18,600) 
Participant without Presentation: US$ 200 (NT$ 6,200)
The exchange rate is US$ 1=NT$ 31. (NT$ stands for New Taiwan Dollar) 
(*One submission can have ONLY ONE presenter. One participant can have at most two presentations)
Note that: 1. The conference will provide welcome reception dinner (July 5), lunches and dinners (July 6-7), and farewell lunch (July 7) to all participants.
2. Paper presenters who complete registration before May 1, 2019 and their submissions are accepted and invited to be presented in the conference by reviewers could have two-night accommodation with breakfast (July 5 and 6) in the C&D Hotel Xiamen ONLY IF their applications of accommodation are approval.
3. Participants’ flight ticket and activities and goods other than above will be paid by themselves.
4. A registration form will be sent to conference participants later on.
